Registration:
You can purchase any of the workshops in our library at any time. Before registering for the online workshops, please read the requirements below.
You must be 18 years old in order to view our workshops otherwise it is up to parental discretion the viewing of our products. You also must carefully read our Term of Service “Terms CGMW” before purchasing any of the products.
Once you have registered for the workshops you will be sent a confirmation email from paypal/credit card system showing that your payment has gone through. You will also receive another email with your unique transaction link, which will also be used to log into the workshops (so make sure to check your junk mail and spam boxes if does not show up initially). Please keep this link to yourself (only one person will be able to log on at a time). You can change the date selected at the time of purchase in your profile page as long as it is done 24 hours prior the original date selected.
About "Previous" and "New" Workshops
The small difference between "previous" and the "new" labeled workshops, it is that on the new workshops you can directly participate in the live Q and A. But on "previous" workshop you will only have access to the recorded sessions of the past Q and As. Please visit our workshop description page in order to find out the date of a particular workshop Q and A.

- Minimum of Pentium® class 1GHz CPU with 512 MB of RAM (recommended) (2 GB of RAM for Windows® Vista)
For Mac®-based participants:
- Safari™ 3.0 or newer, Firefox® 3.0 or newer (JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled)
- Mac OS® X 10.4 or newer — Tiger®, Leopard® and Snow Leopard®
- PowerPC G4/G5 or Intel processor (512 MB of RAM or better recommended)

If you are experiencing any lagging issues when viewing the workshops please check your internet speed here. The recommended speed is between 1.5 and 2 mbps.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds on the workshops. You are responsible for attending the workshops during the period of time that you have purchased. We are not responsible for reminding you about the workshops. It’s your responsibility to schedule a time and date that suits your availability to view these workshops.
For those purchasing workshops for multiple people, under one payment transaction, please make sure to include their:
- Name
- Email Address
- List of the workshops for them
in the "Comments" field on PayPal's payment page. This will ensure that the right individuals have access to the content you are purchasing for them.
